Onprobation was originally conceived as a series of 9 lithographic books, hand bound, based on the concept of Disney’s Golden Books for Children- but only for adults, with accompanying tapes of me reading the piece. This is where my St. John’s, 70-foot women characters were born.

In 1999, I received Newtel/Aliant Arts Council funding to create new digitally manipulated images for Onprobation, and to create a net art book site to make Onprobation more accessible.
